Behavioral Intervention 

Pivotal Curve Health provides tailored applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and adults living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other special needs. ABA is a science-based approach that utilizes methods to modify socially significant behaviors. Our therapy is widely used to reduce problem behaviors and increase skill acquisition.  Our evidence-based strategies are used to enhance the livelihood of individuals and to promote autonomy and self-fulfilling lifestyles.

 

We address several areas including, but not limited to: play and leisure skills, communication, self-management, vocational skills, language, coping skills, safety skills, reduction of inappropriate behaviors, self-injurious behaviors, daily living skills, community participation, social skills, and aberrant behaviors. We educate and model appropriate skills for our clients and families that gradually spread across time, people, and settings towards independence.

Our services are tailored toward your needs and desires. Client progress greatly depends on parent and family involvement. We provide parent training to support client acquisition. It's pivotal that parents/guardians learn pragmatic ABA strategies to apply to their child outside of ABA sessions. Pivotal Curve Health works as a team with parents to establish realistic goals and communicates progress to increase the well-being of families with special needs.
